الحمد لله الذي علم بالقلم علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم الحمد لله الذي افتتح التنزيل على نبيه ﷺ بالحث على القراءة والتعلم، فقال جل من قائل اقرأ باسم ربك الذي خلق والقائل سبحانه مادحا العلماء، ورافعا منزلتهم، ومشيدا بمكانتهم يرفع الله الذين آمنوا منكم والذين أوتوا العلم درجات ). والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، القائل من سلك طريقا يطلب فيه علما سلك الله . به طريقا من طرق الجنة).

هذه أخي المعلم، مكانة العلم وطلابه، فيا ترى لماذا وصلوا إلى هذه المنزلة العالية والمكانة السامية التي أشاد بها القرآن وذكرها سيد الأنام والجواب: وصل العلماء لهذه المنزلة لأنهم هم ورثة الأنبياء ومرشدو الناس إلى صراط الله المستقيم، فهم الذين يضيئون دياجير الظلام، وهم مصابيح الرشاد، ومشاعل الهداية، نعم وصلوا إلى هذه المنزلة : لما يقومون به من رسالة نبيلة، رسالة تعليم الناس ونشر المعرفة ومكافحة الجهل؛ لتنهض الأمة وترتقي. فالعالم الذي لا يؤدي دوره في التعليم والتوجيه لا يحصل على هذه المنزلة، ولا يتبوأ هذه المكانة.

أخي المعلم في الجامعات وفي غيرها ، اعلم أن عليك رسالة عظيمة، ومسؤولية جسيمة، فأنت الذي توجه الشباب لبناء أمتهم الإسلامية، ورفعة منزلتها لتعود إلى مكانتها القيادية للبشرية جمعاء، يهدونهم إلى صراط الله المستقيم... قال ربعي بن عامر : (قد بعثنا الله لنخرج الناس من عبادة العباد إلى عبادة رب العباد، ومن جور الأديان إلى عدل الإسلام).

نعم، كانوا دعاة لهذا الدين يخرج الله بهم الناس من الظلمات إلى النور، ولا غرو في ذلك ولا ريب، فقد قال الله سبحانه وتعالى لنبيه الكريم ﷺ وإنك لتهدي إلى صراط مستقيم لا غروو في ذلك ولا ريب وفحري بكم يا أساتذة الجامعات، ويا معلمي الأحيال أن تربوا طلابكم على مكارم الأخلاق وعلى فضائلها.

فتنبهوا ، وفقكم الله وسدد خطاكم، لسلوك الشباب، فقوموا ما فيه من اعوجاج وانحراف، فهم بمنزلة أبنائكم وفلذات أكبادكم، والمعلم مؤتمن على طلابه. وحمل الأمانة أمر عظيم، وخطب جسيم، قال الله تعالى ﴿إنا عرضنا الأمانة على السماوات والأرض والجبال فأبين أن يحملنها وأشفقن منها وحملها الإنسان إنه كان ظلوما جهولا ..

وليكن أخي مربى الأحيال سندك في توجيهك لطلابك سلوكك القويم وخلقك الحسن وأمانتك واستمامتك : فتكون قدوة صالحة من تعلم وترتي، وتكون مباركا حيثما حللت، وأني ارتحلت. قال جل وعلا وجعلني مباركا أين ما كنت . فهم ينظرون إليك ويأخذون منك، ويقتدون بك، فاحرض على أن تقودهم إلى دروب الخير ، وتنبههم إلى الابتعاد عن دروب الشر والفساد .

أخي المعلم إن كثيرا من الدعاة والمصلحين يتمنى أن تتاح له الفرصة التى أتيحت لك، حيث يأتيك هولاء الشباب ينهلون من معينك، ويسترشدون بتوجيهاتك دون عناء الذهاب إليهم، والتعب في أثرهم، فلا تضع هذه الفرصة، واستفد منها في أن تكون قدوة لهم في الالتزام بالأخلاق الفاضلة والآداب الإسلامية العالية. وهل أسلم كثير من الناس في مختلف أصقاع المعمورة إلا بسبب القدوة الحسنة التي رأوها فيمن وفد إليهم وحل بينهم من المسلمين، وبلاد شرق آسيا شاهد حي على ذلك، وما بلاد أفريقيا منهم ببعيد
